Cookies
The shelf life of our cookies are tested by SGS, the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company.
For an unopened package of biscuits, please keep in a cool and dry place. They can generally be kept at the best quality for about 45 days. As we do not add any preservatives in all our products, it is recommended to consume the cookies as soon as possible after opening.

Cakes and Mini Fruit Tarts
Please consume our cakes and mini fruit tarts within 2 days. The cakes and mini fruit tarts must be kept in the refrigerator.
We recommend to put the cake at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Breads
Our breads are made without preservatives so they have a shorter shelf life. They can be kept in a cool and dry place for 2 days, in the fridge up to 7 days or in the freezer up to 1 month. Reheating the bread by steaming, in the toaster, microwave oven or oven.

Yes, 2 weeks notice is required for custom design cakes

Currently, we do not have gluten-free certification. All the ingredients used by us are certified gluten-free. Besides, all our cookies are tested by ELISA by SGS, the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. The test results showed that the gluten in all our cookies is less than 5mg per kg which is equivalent to international standard.

All our products are gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free. We are the first in line considering safety of our products. We cannot guarantee that our products are 100% free of gluten since our products are made in a licensed food factory where gluten, soy beans, tree nuts and their products are handled. Besides, some of our products contain tree nuts.
If you have food allergy, we recommend that you seek opinion from your medical practitioner or at your own discretion when placing order of our products.

Please place your order *4 working days in advance. Order cut off time is 18:00 Monday to Saturday. For orders placed after the cut off time, they will be regarded as the place placed in the next working day.

We provide free delivery services for order over HK$800. We do not deliver to outlying islands, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kok & Sunny Bay.
Order below HK$800, delivery fee will be charged based on the location.

Delivery charges: Hong Kong Island HK$80; Kowloon HK$50; the New Territories HK$130


Remarks: We will attempt delivery of our products only ONCE. In the event the customer/recipient is not available for receiving the placed order at the scheduled delivery time, no re-delivery or refund will be made.

Free pick-up service for order over HK$200 at Mayse Pizzeria is provided. Please collect your order at your scheduled pick-up date. An extra HKD10 will be charged per day for storage fee.

If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above /Rainstorm Black Warning is hoisted or announced to be hoisted as announced by the Hong Kong Observatory, the delivery or pick-up service will be suspended. We will contact our customers to make a new delivery or pick-up arrangement.
The order cancellation or refund would not be possible under any circumstances.

Refund shall be made under the following conditions:
• If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered. In such case, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund.
• If we are unable to deliver your order due to our own reasons, a full refund will be made. However, we shall not be liable for any other damages, losses, emotional stress or any other liability, etc caused due to non-delivery.

Under no circumstances, the refund amount will exceed the amount paid by the customers. We are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by the customer. Besides, any discounted amount cannot be claimed for refund.
