Jolly Happy is specialized in gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free baking products and desserts. The founder, Emily, is passionate in baking and making desserts since childhood.
A few years ago, Emily underwent a food sensitivity test since she suffered from Urticaria for 3 months. The test result showed that Emily had food allergy to wheat, eggs and dairy products... ... and many her favourite foods. This motivated her to explore to make gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free baking products and desserts.
Jolly Happy sincerely wish that all of you, who have food allergy and are concerned about health, could cheerfully enjoy our delicious, gluten-free, egg-free & dairy-free baking products and desserts (just like our studio name very happy).
